Fatal Accident: Marvin Branton, 66 Identified as Victim of Cambria County Crash

— One person died in a crash that occurred in Cambria County over the weekend, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
On Saturday, August 31, a collision happened on Beaver Valley Road at the Hughstown Road intersection. PSP reported that Marvin Branton, 66, was turning left in his Mitsubishi Outlander and crossed both lanes. After that, he went into a ditch, ran into a culvert end, and finally stopped.
After being taken to UMPC Altoona, Branton passed away from his injuries incurred in the collision. PSP reported that at the moment of the collision, he was fastened with his seatbelt.
